30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to love Sirène. If you are not completely happy, you can return your filter within 30 days of the date it arrives for a full refund of the product price — even if you have already installed and used it. If your hair and skin do not feel softer, send the filter back and keep any spare cartridges on us.
Your Right to Cancel (EU / EEA)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. This right applies in addition to our 30-day guarantee.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@sirene.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Please return the filter and, where possible, its original packaging.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 10 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.
Return Shipping
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the cost of return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We will confirm the details when you contact us.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, email us within 30 days at info@sirene.co with a photo and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
