Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 1–3 weeks from dispatch, depending on your location. Because our filters ship from our fulfilment partner's international warehouse, delivery can take a little longer than local post — we think it is worth the wait.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking link, emailed to you the moment your order is on its way.

Customs and Duties

Orders within the European Union are not subject to additional customs charges. For orders shipped outside the EU, any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays

Occasionally, carrier or customs delays outside our control can affect delivery times. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks, email us at info@sirene.co and we will look into it right away.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 24 hours and we will do our best to correct it before your order is dispatched.
